A tsunami is a dangerous natural disaster which can destroy whole communities in a matter of minutes.

Are you aware that tsunamis sweep away everything in it's path and tsunamis can leave up to 6oo,000 people dead or homeless. Tsunamis are one of the most dangerous natural disasters in the world because of the tons of water it holds.

If you want to stay safe in a tsunami you should gather things you would need like clean water, food or warm clothes. The next thing you should do is to get to higher ground because tsunamis can't get too high.

The most powerful tsunamis ever were capable of crossing whole oceans extremely fast. I think that tsunamis are to be taken seriously if not it might mean your life.
