Tamaki Primary participated in a 2 week PE Swimming programme held at Lagoon Pools in Panmure. Here is Room 5 demonstrating their swimming skills and techniques. A big thank you goes out to the fantastic swimming instructors who kept our children safe in the water!

To keep children busy in the holidays give them some junk 
mail to locate, circle, sound, read and cut out blend words.
This will help reinforce what is taught in the classroom.

SNAG GOLF

As part of the Physical Education programme, the Junior classes participated in Snag Golf for 4 weeks in Term 3. We learnt how to chip, putt and aim. Here are a few photos of students doing a mini golf rotation and I must say we have a couple of Tiger Woods in the making!
